Match Requests
Please submit your price match request to our sales department by phone at (916) 624-3108. When you contact us, please be sure to have the competing website's URL ready for our sales representative. Once we have this information, we can verify the online pricing, description, brand name, and availability. This process may take just a little time, and we'll contact you as soon as the information is verified.

We will review all Internet price match requests, but we cannot guarantee that all prices in all cases will be matched. Not all Internet vendors and websites are authorized dealers, and some do not always abide by the pricing policies of the product manufacturers. Please keep in mind that we will not match prices on refurbished, blemished, or discontinued products.

Advertised items must be factory-sealed new product. Demo models, factory seconds, closeout items, sale items, discontinued merchandise and floor samples not included.

Restrictions for Internet and Print Match Requests:

  • Price match cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

  Order Processing - In House Rush
   
  

We process and ship in stock orders Monday through friday within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin being processed on the following business day.

We ship via Fedex, UPS or USPS at our discretion. Some orders may ship in seperate packages in which there will be no additional shipping fees.

In House rush is available for a small $2.95 fee and expedites order processing in house. Orders with in house rush have priority over other orders received and we have additional staff for order processing of in-house rush orders.

 
   
  Order Changes - Cancellations
 

Order changes must be made via email to support@thehelmetsource.com. Order changes will not be allowed after the order has been process or has shipped.

Cancelled Orders a will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders cancelled after the item has shipped will be subject to Return & restocking fees as per return policy and reimbursement for shipping expenses. Orders cannot be cancelled after the item has been processed or shipped, the standard return policy and guidelines will be in effect once any order or portion of the order has shipped.

In some situations an item has to be ordered or drop-shipped from our distributors, and once your item has been ordered from the manufacturer or distributor, there is no stopping it. Once your order has begun being processed or your merchandise was already ordered from manufacturer, or has already been packaged for shipping a 20% restocking fee is charged. If the item has already been processed or shipped the cancellation request will not be honored. Please be sure you want the items prior to placing your order. Size changes and cancellations made after your order has been shipped will be subject to the appropriate exchange/restocking fee.

   
 
  Order tracking

Shipping insurance and tracking numbers are included with all domestic shipments for purchases made through The Helmet Source.com.  Tracking numbers are automatically sent out by our shipping system to the email address entered on your order. If you do not receive your shipping notification please check your bulk or junk mail folders.

 
 
  Back Orders - Out of Stock

Please refer to your invoice included with your shipment for details about your shipment and refer to this chart for their explaination.

Back Ordered: Items that are on Back Order will ship out automatically when they become available from the manufacturer. Items backordered for more than 30 days may need to be re-ordered. There will be no additional shipping charges for items received within the first thirty days of your original order.

Out of Stock: Items that are on Out of stock will ship out automatically when they become available from the manufacturer. Items backordered for more than 30 days may need to be re-ordered. Items arriving more than thirty days from original order date will not ship until we have confirmation from you of your desire to receive the items.

Shipped Seperately: Items that are marked shipped seperately have been shipped from a different location than our main shipping facility. These items will arrive from a different location and should be received within a few days of your initial shipment arriving. There will be no additional shipping charges for these items.

  
   
  International Orders

Payment on international orders can be made via Credit Card, Money Order, or Bank Drafted Check. Depending on size and frequency of your orders you may be required to pay by a payment method of our discretion.

International Shipping is available to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. The rate is $45 US for the first 5 lbs, any shipment over five pounds will have shipping calculated and an invoice will be sent with the updated shipping rate for your order. Approval of new shipping rate must be given in writing before order will be processed. We are not responsible for customs fees imposed by any customs, governmental agency or other. All Sales Final on International orders, No Exchange, No return, No Refunds. Refused international orders will be subject to a 35% Restocking fee in addition to reimbursement for original costs of shipping.

All warranties are by manufacturer and at manufacturers discretion. The Helmet Source will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to resolve any warranty issue. All decisions of the manufacturer are final and between the customer and manufacturer of products. The Helmet Source does not offer any warranty directly for the item for either manufacturer defects or any other reason.
