On Orders of $20 or more
Free Economy Shipping applies on all new orders of $20.00 or more from our online store. Shipping is via ground service, insured with an approximate shipping time of 8 to 10 days not counting weekends or holidays after in house processing.

Orders Under $20.00 will be charged a $2.95 flat shipping fee in addition to the handling fee. Shipping is via ground service, insured with an approximate delivery date of 8 to 10 days not counting weekends, after in house processing.

In-House Rush is available, expediting your in-stock order to the front of the packing process. This speeds up in-house processing time and has no effect on shippers in transit time. In-House rush orders are processed with priority over all other orders and typically get shipped out within 24 hours.

$4.75 Handling fee will be added to all orders under $200.00 to cover shipping materials and insurance.
Shipping insurance and tracking numbers are included with all domestic shipments for purchases made through The Helmet Source.com. Tracking numbers are automatically sent out by our system to the email address entered on your order.
Orders delivered or left unattended by shipping agent constitutes delivery and acceptance of product by the customer. Any delivery shown as delivered by the shipper will be required by the customer to file a claim against the shipping insurance with the shipper. Customers acceptance of store policies relieves The Helmet Source Inc. of all responsibilities. The Helmet Source Inc. is committed to help the customer with any and all claims by the shipper.

Get It Faster |
Expedited Delivery is available at a cost of only $18.95 per order. Expedited delivery shipping is via ground service with approximate delivery times of 3- 5 days after processing time.

Express Mail Service is available at a cost of $45 for up to five pounds or one fullface helmet or two half helmets. Express mail service is a delivery time of 1 - 3 days from time order is processed. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays and will not be calculated as part of this time.

Back Orders |
Please refer to your invoice included with your shipment for details about your shipment and refer to this chart for their explaination.
Back Ordered: Items that are on Back Order will ship out automatically when they become available from the manufacturer. Items backordered for more than 30 days may need to be re-ordered. There will be no additional shipping charges for these items.

Shipped Seperately: Items that are marked shipped seperately have been shipped from a different location than our main shipping facility. These items will arrive from a different location and should be received within a few days of your initial shipment arriving. There will be no additional shipping charges for these items.

International Shipping |
International Shipping is available to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. The rate is $45 US for the first 5 lbs, any shipment over five pounds will have shipping calculated and an invoice will be sent with the updated shipping rate for your order. Approval of new shipping rate must be given in writing before order will be processed. We are not responsible for customs fees imposed by any customs, governmental agency or other. All Sales Final on International orders, No Exchange, No return, No Refunds. Refused international orders will be subject to a 35% Restocking fee in addition to reimbursement for original costs of shipping.
